Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Momentum Trader OS application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Momentum Trader OS(“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By registering an account or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Momentum Trader OS. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to close accounts where we have reason to believe this requirement is not met.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the Service you must create an account with a valid email address and a password of at least six characters. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account

We cannot and will not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users’ accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive, or infringes third-party rights
• Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the Service in ways not intended by us
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these conditions.

5. User-Provided Trading Data

You retain ownership of all trading journal entries, daily reviews, screenshots, and other content you submit to the Service (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your trading data to train models, build external analytics, or share it with third parties.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. Momentum Trader OS does not validate or verify your trading records.

6. Intellectual Property

The Momentum Trader OS application, including its design, software, scoring algorithms, coaching logic, and all associated content created by us, is owned by Momentum Trader OSand is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the Service as described here.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any losses caused by service interruptions.

8. Changes to the Service

We may modify, add, or remove features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify users via the application or email. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us at support@momentumtrader.app.

Upon account deletion, all associated data — trades, reviews, preferences, screenshots, and feedback — will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

11. Trading and Financial Disclaimer

Momentum Trader OS is a journaling and performance-analysis tool only.

Nothing in the Service — including discipline scores, XP, coaching insights, analytics summaries, or any other output — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations, or a guarantee of trading performance.

Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. Past performance, whether your own or any data displayed in the Service, is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser before making any investment decision.

Momentum Trader OS is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial institution, and is not regulated as such in any jurisdiction.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Momentum Trader OS and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of trading capital.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £50 / $50 / €50 (whichever is applicable), whichever is greater.

14. Governing Law
